Ingredients for making banana ice cream

All you need to make banana ice cream at home is:

  • 4 bananas
  • Skimmed milk as required
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract (or a sachet of vanillin)
  • Chopped almonds or walnuts

Preparation of homemade ice cream

Peel the bananas and cut them into small slices. Then put the washers in a container and place it in the freezer. When the bananas are frozen, take them out of the freezer and put them in a blender or food processor.

Blend the bananas adding the milk little by little, stopping every now and then to check that you have reached the desired consistency, that is, in such a way that you can then serve the ice cream in individual cups or ice cream sundaes and eat it with a teaspoon.
